“Doing” Leadership

What exactly is “doing” leadership? In this video, Carlos explains his active classroom simulations carefully designed for undergraduates as experiences with leadership by responding to the following questions:

  1. What is it that you do to design leadership experiences for students?
  2. Describe some of the behaviors of the students that guide you along this line of teaching.
  3. You have a particular perspective on leadership in teaching.
